Van Miller, our President, is a seasoned leader whose successful career in the sign business spans over 38 years. His unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, and professionalism, paired with his extensive knowledge of the industry, has catapulted him and our organization to success. From local start-ups to national giants, Van's expertise in crafting unique signage solutions is unparalleled.
A Fort Worth native, Van beautifully balances his professional world with a vibrant personal life. His hobbies, including boating, fishing, golfing, gardening, and classic car shows, enrich his cherished family time with Melissa, his wife of 40 years, their two children, and two grandchildren.
Van's entrepreneurial streak stretches beyond the sign industry. In the past, he owned and managed a diverse portfolio of businesses, including office warehouses, office complexes, self-storage facilities, and ranches. He also enjoyed flipping houses, demonstrating his ability to see and enhance value. This blend of business acumen and an eye for aesthetics resulted in him being recognized as business of the year several years ago by chamber of commerce.
An active member in his community, Van has previously devoted his time to the Gateway Church, coached little league sports, and served on the Chamber of Commerce, economic development boards, and local homeowners associations.
Melissa Miller
Co-Owner
Melissa is a proud co-owner of Elite Signs of Texas. She has played a vital role thru the years in the company’s success. She is a true multi-tasker. She juggles a balance of taking care of Elite signs and two grandchildren. At Elite she does everything from being an owner, office manager, sales assistant and bookkeeper. Her passions are going to the lake and relaxing, her two grandchildren, baking and playing with our three year old doodle. She prides herself in being professional, dependable and compassionate and always treats everyone with respect and professionalism . She graduated from Southwest Texas state university in San Marcos with a degree in fashion merchandizing. In her past she worked as a banking loan assistant/secretary to the bank president.

Tim has been married to his incredible wife Lyndee for 21 years. The have two amazing children, Kenon (17) and Cora (15). Tim is truly blessed to be a part of Elite Signs of Texas. He loves working with clients to provide them with a great experience and seeing their sign needs come to life. Being able to get clients the highest quality signs for an exceptional value brings him a great deal of pride. Hearing from clients how much they love their sign and all of the business that their sign has helped bring them in is truly a pleasure. He and the Elite team look forward to being your sign experts.
Kasey Wakeman
Office Manager
I started my journey in the sign business June of 2018, coming from a background in the food industry. I have always enjoyed art and working with different types of people. My favorite part of the sign business is seeing someone’s vision come to life the day we put the finished product up. Signs are such a huge part of everyday life and it’s exciting to be a part of so many different projects and find out about new things coming to town. My hobbies include festivals, lake days, arts and crafts, cooking, trying new restaurants, movies and exploring/traveling.
